Our Guarantee to You
We guarantee to deliver a spam free and responsive email campaign for you as follows:
- If as a result of our sending your email to your chosen list, a member of that list accuses you of spam, we will refund your payment in full.
- If your mailing does not result in a minimum click through of 5% (at least 5% of people mailed visit your website) during the 10 days of your mailing, we will offer you the option of a new mailing of equivalent size or a full refund - your choice.
We reserve the right to advise you prior to mailing if we believe that your chosen email text and list may result in a click through rate of less than 5% and in that case, to offer you a lower guaranteed click through rate. You will then have the option to continue with the order at that lower guaranteed rate or modify your email text and/or list.

Confirmed opt-in
prevents spam!
If you join our list by completing our sign up form you will be sent an email to the address that you have registered confirming your joining. You need to follow the instructions in that email or you WILL NOT be added to our list.
This mechanism makes sure that nobody can be signed up for our list by someone else!
...and, of course, we do not email anyone who has not gone through that sign up process.

- We don't 'buy in' lists
- We don't mail other people's lists
- We remove you straight away when you no longer want to receive emails
