Use this page to place an order for a mailing to HTMail's lists.
To place your order:
- Choose a suitable list from the selection below.
- On orders of under
500
names you will be charged
$7.50

)
per 100. On orders of
500
names and over, you will be charged just
$6.00
(
£4.00
)
per 100. These charges may be less if you have a 'special offer' discount/coupon code.
- If you need to add any special criteria to your list (e.g. US only) enter the details in the 'Special Instruction' box. If you are adding restrictions, it is best to check available numbers with us first (email sales@htmail.com).
- If you wish to request a bespoke list not shown on this page, select full list, and enter the full detail of the required list in the 'Special Instruction' box. Again, check available number first.
- Enter the number you wish to mail.
- Select your preferred payment method. Please note, full details of the payment options are provided to you when you submit the order.
- Enter your personal and company details. Please note, the address that you provide should match the billing address for your card.
- Enter your target URL (page address), and your subject line for the email.
- Enter the text for your email. It is best to compile your text in a text editor, then just copy and paste into the box on the form. The box size varies with different browsers, and it is not easy to format your text in the box - but prepared text will normally retain it's formatting.
- You can 'ask a question' of your site visitors if you wish (it is added to your feedback form).

If you join our list by completing our sign up form you will be sent an email to the address that you have registered confirming your joining. You need to follow the instructions in that email or you WILL NOT be added to our list.
This mechanism makes sure that nobody can be signed up for our list by someone else!
...and, of course, we do not email anyone who has not gone through that sign up process.

- We don't 'buy in' lists
- We don't mail other people's lists
- We remove you straight away when you no longer want to receive emails
- We do not pass your details on to anyone else!
